Zonal Loyalty API Output

We have created a new Loyalty output on our API to allow users to pull this data into their business intelligence tools and combine it with other areas of their business.

Room Price Genie

We have recently partnered with Room Price Genie (RPG)...RPG is an automated revenue management tool that updates your prices without you lifting a finger. RPG scans your competitor's prices and looks at your occupancy to make sure your prices are always on point. RPG ensures 24-hour revenue management, so you never miss an opportunity for a sale.

Rate Plan Search Filter

We have added a new rate plans search filter to the below reports in the PMS.

This allows you to see how much each rate plan is contributing to your overall hotel revenue.

  • Booking

  • Channel

  • Client

  • Referrer

  • Cancellations

Minor Updates & Enhancements

We have also released several minor updates that affect the following areas:

  • Rate plans - downloading rooms and rate codes fixed

  • Calendar - minor improvements and enhancements

  • Room Price Genie Integration - minor improvements and enhancements

  • Assigning Reservation - fix when assigning an unknown room type

  • S4 Labour Integration - minor improvements and enhancements

Products & Categories

We will be making it simpler to create and identify sales categories and products. This update consolidates extras, consumables and hirables into one new area named 'products'.

Check-in / out API endpoints

Check-in and out endpoints will be added to our open API. This will allow other software partners to perform the check in / out action without being logged into the PMS.
